1.    Download and Install RUGO App:  Support

•    Go to your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iOS)  .Google play

Search for "RUGO" and download the app.

•    Install the app on your device.

2.    Open the App:

•    Launch the RUGO app on your smartphone.

3.    Sign In:

•    If you have an account, sign in using your registered mobile number.

•    If you don't have an account, follow on-screen instructions to sign up, providing necessary information and verifying your mobile number.

4.    Set Pickup and Drop-off Locations:

•    On the home screen, tap on "search trip" or "local search."

•    Enter your pickup location and destination.

5.    Choose Your Ride:

•    Select the type of cab or ride service you prefer.

6.    Confirm Your Booking:

•    The app will search for a nearby available driver.

•    Once a driver accepts your ride, you'll receive confirmation with details like the driver's name, vehicle number, and estimated arrival time.

•    Tap "Confirm Booking" or a similar option to request a ride.

7.    Track Your Ride:

•    Use the app to track your ride in real-time as the driver approaches your location.

8.    Enjoy Your Ride:

•    Once the driver arrives, request the OTP (One-Time Password) if required, confirm your booking, and enjoy your ride.

•    The app will display the route, estimated arrival time, and fare details.

9.    Payment:

•    After reaching your destination, the app will automatically calculate the fare based on the distance traveled.

•    Pay using your preferred method, such as credit/debit card, digital wallet, or cash (depending on your location).

10.    Rate and Review:

•    After the ride, use the app to rate your driver and provide feedback.
