Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

What We Will Do Together

Step 1: Raise a Request
  • If you receive an incorrect or expired product, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing, please raise a request within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2: Request Review

Our support team will review your request within 2 working days and update you on the next steps.

Step 3: Reverse Pickup

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4: Self-Shipping (If Required)

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will request you to self-ship the product using a reputed courier service.
Courier charges will be reimbursed to your preferred method (UPI, PayTM, or store wallet).

Step 5: Verification & Resolution

Once the product reaches us, our quality control team will verify the product and process a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Return / Replacement Eligibility

You Can Request a Return or Replacement If:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product received

  • Damaged or tampered product received

  • Missing product in the order

Return / Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The item has been opened, used, or altered

  • Original packaging, labels, or seals are missing

  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Damaged or missing item is reported after 2 days

How Returns Are Processed

Once your return request is approved:

  • Pickup is arranged within 5–7 business days

  • After receiving the product, our quality check team will inspect it

  • Upon approval, a refund or replacement will be initiated

Order Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it reaches “Ready to Ship” status by logging into your account and selecting Cancel under order details.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

Rugo Green Private Limited may cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Incomplete or unverifiable information
    We may contact you for confirmation before shipping if required.

Refund Policy

How You Will Receive Your Refund

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank, UPI, Card, Wallet) within 7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account; customers must provide valid bank details.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds for canceled orders: within 7 business days

  • Refunds for returned products: within 14 business days after passing quality check

Partial Returns

Yes, you can return individual products from your order as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria and the request is raised within 7 days.
