Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the shipment.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.

Important Information

• If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, inform us within 24 hours of the status update. Courier companies do not accept Proof of Delivery (POD) disputes after 48 hours.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen situations.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost must be borne by the customer.

• In case of a refund request after a return-to-origin (RTO), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
